Yes, Obviously.

Can I buy Actinium Products a physical store?

No. Sorry, we are strictly an online business.

If I make a mistake entering my personal information during the purchase/registration; can I change it?

If you made a mistake during purchase, write to us at  info@actiniumproducts.com   and explain to us the situation. We’ll modify it as soon as possible.

I haven’t received any order confirmation, is everything okay?

Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation automatically. If you haven’t received anything in your email inbox, don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, write to us at  info@actiniumproducts.com  and we’ll send you a copy.

How can I request an invoice?

Please contact us at info@actiniumproducts.com. Don’t forget to include your order number, to find your order faster and issue the correct invoice.

How long are the exchange and return periods?

Items that might be returned or exchanged (e.g., grocery items are not returnable) are allowed 30 days from the purchase date to initiate the exchange/return process. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we try to restock the items as soon as possible.
